Do your properties have parking?
All four homes have their own 2-car garage except for the Horizon. Horizon guests can use a space at the end of the driveway between the houses, near the orange fence, or street parking adjacent to the house on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are the homes safe?
Yes. All homes are equipped with exterior security cameras for your safety. The neighborhood around is a quiet residential area close to downtown. Emergency services are just minutes away.
How many guests can stay in each home?
Each house can accommodate up to 10 guests. City permit regulations prevent us from exceeding this number. Small gatherings within this limit may be allowed upon request—please contact us in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?

Do you allow pets?
While we love pets, unfortunately, our homes are pet-free.
How close are the homes to Houston’s main attractions?
- Downtown Houston: ~5–10 minutes by car
- Texas Medical Center (TMC): ~10 minutes by car
- Galleria: ~15–20 minutes by car
- Popular attractions nearby: Minute Maid Park, Discovery Green, Memorial Park, White Oak Bayou trails, and the Heights entertainment district.

All homes provide basic supplies, linens, towels, fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, rooftop, and outdoor seating, and parking. Some homes feature mini gyms.

Absolutely! Each home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably and has a safe, family-friendly environment.
Is there an elevator
No, all homes do not have an elevator. Each home has multi-level layouts. Please consider this before booking, especially if you have accessibility needs.

Yes! Each home has high-speed internet, workspaces, and quiet environments ideal for business travelers.
How do I check-in and check-out?
Check-in and check-out instructions will be sent prior to arrival. Most homes offer self-check-in with a keypad.
Is smoking allowed?
No. All homes are non-smoking.
Do you provide cleaning services during longer stays?
Yes, optional cleaning services can be arranged for extended stays. Additional charges may apply.
Are there grocery stores or restaurants nearby?
Yes, there are multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants within a 5–10 minute drive, including in The Heights and Midtown Houston.
Are the homes suitable for events or parties?
Small gatherings are permitted up to the maximum occupancy of 10 guests, but large parties are prohibited by city permit regulations.
